House of jake
by jack Ventimilia
House of Jake explores the artists’ ego through its central character, Artist Jake, who is pretentious, snobby, but unfortunately, overwhelmingly mediocre. Living in the upper-west side with his affluent husband, Shark Jake, the couple's distant relationship hinges on one compromise: Artist Jake requires a third Jake in their relationships, to fulfill the role of his personal intern and lover. After the departure of Artist Jake’s long-term intern, Artist Jake is in dire straits to find a new intern before his painting is due for a presentation.
